LD-6076 special dispersant for water-based color paste

1. Product Overview

LD-6076 dispersant is 'a special dispersant for water-based color paste, which is used to disperse organic piomenis and carbon black. it has a good effect of re-ducing system viscosity when apolied in water-based systems, and is very mature in water-based color paste and water-based ink industries. It uses the principle of spatial hindrance to prevent pigment particles from further flocculation.

4.  Application examples

Flexographic and gravure printing inks, inkjet black water, industrial coatings，leather coatings, pigment concentrates.

The recommended addition amount for the above purposes is 5-10% of the abrasive material, calculated in the form of supply, plus grinding resin;Grinding without base material, 1.0-5.0% of the grinding material.

The recommended amount of leather precoating primer, primer and finish based on polyurethane, acrylic resin, nitro and casein systems is 0.2-1.0%.

5.  Storage and packaging

25kg plastic bucket. This product does not contain flammable and explosive solvents, and is transported as general non dangerous goods. Sealed storage, with a storage period of 12 months under normal temperature.
